As the welcoming face to our center, this is one of the most critical positions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person to welcome our patrons, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements/Qualifications
- General office support: greeting patrons, answering phones, special projects as assigned, multitasking skills
- Computer skills are requiredAbility to communicate clearly and effectively
- Volunteers must go through volunteer process: Interview required, complete background check and attend volunteer orientation
Assignment Details:
- Approximately 3-4hr shifts Monday Wednesday and Friday between 9:30am- 3:00pm
- Tuesday-Thursday morning 9:30am-1pm
- Subs also needed
- Must commit to (1) 3-4 hours per week for a total 5+months
- On-site training will be provided
