San Mateo Celebrates is a weeklong National Library Week festival (April 18–25), featuring free events at the Main Library and outreach across the city. We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help create a welcoming, well-run experience for all.
Number of volunteers needed: 6 – 10
Where: San Mateo (assigned zones)
Time: Flexible 2-hour shifts (now–April 24)
Duties:
Pick up supplies at the San Mateo Public Library Foundation office located in the Library 3rd floor
Distribute posters/flyers to approved locations
Track coverage (simple checklist)
Restock high-traffic areas
